Privacy policy

What I collect

• Your name and email address, so I can work with you
• Links to your channels
• The stream recordings you share
• Your style profile: favourite moments, caption style, layout, and topics to avoid
• Your feedback on delivered clips

What I don't collect

• Card or bank details. Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, handles payments.
• Passwords to any of your accounts
• Tracking data from visiting this website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Service providers

I share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Dodo Payments, for checkout, billing, and invoices
• Google, for email and the shared delivery folder
• Anthropic, for finding the best moments in transcripts
• Cloudflare, for hosting this website. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Recordings are transcribed on my own computer. I am based in India. Some of these providers process data in other countries. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it

• Raw stream recordings are deleted after the clips are delivered.
• Delivered clips stay in your shared folder while you are a client. Download the clips you want to keep before your service ends.
• Your clips, contact details, and style profile are deleted 30 days after your service ends, or sooner if you ask.

Deletion requests

To see or delete the data I hold about you, email snipster@ssaarthakk.me. I will reply within 30 days. Billing records held by Dodo Payments may need to be kept for tax reasons.
