Terms of service

Effective date: 15 October 2026

These terms cover the clipping service offered by Snipster. By paying for the service, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

The service

After each stream you share, I deliver captioned vertical clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to a shared folder, up to your plan's monthly clip limit. Custom edits, thumbnails, and posting to your accounts are not included. I never ask for your passwords.

Delivery time

Clips are delivered within 48 hours of your stream ending, once I have the recording.

Billing and cancellation

You are billed monthly, upfront. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy.

Merchant of record

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and the legal seller. Dodo handles checkout, tax, invoices, and the customer portal. I never see or store your card details.

Content rights

You may only submit streams from channels you own or control, and you confirm this at sign-up. You own every delivered clip. You give me permission to use your recordings only to make your clips. You decide which clips to post, and you are responsible for what you post.

Copyright skips

I skip music-heavy and reaction segments because of copyright risk. I may also skip any segment I believe you do not have the rights to.

Portfolio use

Your clips appear in my portfolio only with your permission.

Ending the service

I may stop providing the service to you at any time, for example if you break these terms. If I do, you get a pro-rated refund for the unused part of your paid period.

Limitation of liability

I do not promise any number of views, followers, or results. To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. I will email active clients before a change takes effect, and this page always shows the current version and date.
