Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in either of these ways:

• Through the Dodo Payments customer portal. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
• By emailing snipster@ssaarthakk.me.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You are not charged again, and you keep the service until that period ends.

Refunds

• First payment: full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying.
• Renewals: not refundable. Cancel anytime to stop the next charge.
• Missed delivery: if I fail to deliver for reasons on my side, you get a pro-rated refund for the undelivered part of that month.
• Service ended by me: if I stop providing the service, you get a pro-rated refund for the unused part of your paid period.

To ask for a refund, email snipster@ssaarthakk.me. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments.
